Meet Our Crew
Our resident outdoorsman and master estimator, Scott combines expertise with practicality to deliver reliable and precise project estimates. With deep knowledge of concrete production and a sharp sense of humor, he ensures every detail is accurate and every expectation is grounded in reality. Whether on a job site or out in the wild, Scott’s the guy you can trust to get it right the first time—straightforward and dependable.
Rain, snow, sleet or sun, you can count on him to tweak the schedule to get ‘er done.
Our VP of Production is a legend both on and off the field—of concrete, that is! With a long career in the industry, he’s respected, knowledgeable, and the driving force behind our move to poured walls. A natural leader, he’s always ready to coach the team, tackle challenges, and deliver grand slams in production.
But it’s not just concrete he’s passionate about—he’s also a huge baseball fan. Whether it’s cheering from the stands or leading our crew to victory, he knows how to play ball and build a winning team. Let’s hear it for the guy who keeps us hitting home runs in everything we do!
Jack of all trades. As he has come up through the ranks he has done it all; footings, walls and flatwork. When he is supervising your job; standard or custom, he specializes in the details. Making sure your job is done right!
She loves payment in snuggles, attention and an occasional carrot. She knows that the beta carotene is good for keeping an eye on everyone in the office! After all, someone’s got to do it!
She keeps all the field guys on their toes and provides exceptional service to our builders and employees. Occasionally, she enjoys a glass of wine after listening to all the employee’s whine — oops, we mean, ‘talk’ — after a successful day in the office.
A maestro of budgets, cash flow, and financial reports, Heather ensures our company’s credit rating stays impeccable. When she’s not fine-tuning finances, you’ll find her exploring Florida’s sunny shores, tackling the challenges of golf, cruising on her electric bike, knitting something cozy, or inspiring students as a passionate MNcaps volunteer.
He’s as passionate about driving his cars as providing Builders with quality footings, foundations and flatwork for your new home.
Meticulous with numbers and recipes alike, Monica keeps the books balanced and the taste buds delighted. When she’s not making magic in accounting, we know her as our number-crunching, chef extraordinaire!
Our steadfast Footing Supervisor. Sensible and reliable, Tommy is the backbone of every project he oversees. Known for his ever-present good mood and “man of few words” charm, he keeps things running smoothly and efficiently. With his quiet confidence and can-do attitude, Tommy brings a sense of calm and assurance to our team every day.
Drews’ longest-standing team member. A perfectionist with a keen eye for detail, Rob’s composed and strategic approach ensures flawless results. Known for his friendly nature and love for horse racing, Rob brings dedication and charm to every project.
He is the definition of precision. Known for his meticulous eye and unmatched expertise in flatwork, he brings knowledge and skill to every project. A perfectionist through and through, Tom’s work is as clean and precise as the spotless truck he drives.
